Spa Front Desk

The Spa Front Desk Attendant is responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests from booking spa reservations over the phone and in person, answering questions, and upselling the spa experience, along with creating warm welcomes and fond farewells. The ideal candidate enjoys being part of a team and pays attention to details. This is a great position to start your career in wellness with advancement opportunities available. Must possess excellent customer service skills, be efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. Phone etiquette & computer skills are necessary. Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to maintain our guest service standards. Flexible schedule to meet the operational demands, including weekends and holidays. Must thrive in fast paced environment. Full and part-time positions available.
