As a Non-Janitorial Independent Contractor, you will play a critical role in the success of our business. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction in various non-janitorial maintenance areas. - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, landscaping, and minor repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
