Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees to deliver excellent performances and uphold company standards.
- Work closely with the management team to drive sales and profitability through effective cost and inventory control.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to maximize sales and drive business growth.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training activities to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and uphold company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the quick-service restaurant industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and quality control
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with financial management principles, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with local health regulations
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment while maintaining a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- McDonald's credentials are a plus.
