Residential HVAC Installation Technician- $24-$32/hour

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for experienced Lead Installers to join our team. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for the replacement of existing HVAC systems along with light duct modifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience required
• Universal EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Acquires or personally owns tools needed for jobs including: meters, gauges, and testing tools, that are required for a complete and proper start-up, and has the skills to use the tools properly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install residential HVAC systems and ductwork. This includes installation and remodel/replacement of existing systems.
• Full time employee, will be scheduled 40 hours per week. Overtime required based on business needs.
• Perform commissioning/start-up on equipment using proper testing equipment to ensure proper equipment performance.
• Adheres to all safety policies.
• Attends training opportunities to keep up with industry changes
• Take responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of paperwork
• Provide maximum customer service and professional communication to all associates and customers
• Other duties as assigned
