Job Summary
The primary goal is to deliver a high level of service to members and guests in a professional and profitable manner.
Essential Job Functions Ensure member and guests satisfaction and is the key point of contact for member and guests' needs, resolutions and feedback Leads all daily pre shirts Works closely with venue managers in ensuring proper staffing levels Works closely with the BOH to ensure premier quality of food service Assists in training of staff Proactively resolving an potential issues and to close the financial day by completing cash outs, running open folio report to ensure no outstanding checks, and deliver to the manager Manages the site's par levels Leads the effort of and maintains organization and cleanliness in all work areas Follow all company policies and safety procedure Perform all other duties as assigned and make good judgment.
Requirements, Qualifications Must display a positive attitude and exhibit willingness to work in the capacity of your supervisor's requests. Able to create and maintain a safe, productive work environment, and work cooperatively with others. Must be willing to adhere to the appearance code of the department. Must be willing to operate within the guidelines of the Hermitage Club's safety policy. Need to be flexible and willing to encounter surprises and change. Ability to lift 50lbs or more, stand for long periods of time, in all weather conditions.
