Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking an Inventory Manager to join our team! This position will provide inventory, logistics, and asset management support to a Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) program. This position will be primarily at Adelphi, MD with occasional travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. What will you be doing? This position will be a key member of the Mission Support Team and duties include:Managing and tracking the programs physical and logical inventory and assets across disparate locations including laptops, desktops, licenses, networking equipment, and various other equipment.Work with networking team to update, patch, and image systems in preparation to deploy to program team members.Using dedicated tracking and ticketing system to manage the assignment and tracking of equipment across the workforce.Execute and manage the procurement of new hardware and software using Army’s CHESS process.Report to executive leadership on current state of equipment and assets across the program.Provide local onsite technical support and assistance to team members when necessary.Must be willing to travel up to 150 miles round trip once a week What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?This position will require the following skillsets and experience: Must be knowledgeable and skilled in Microsoft OfficeExperience managing and accounting for assets across multiple locationsOperating within and managing assets for a Government institution3 years of related experience requiredHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferredSecret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI security clearance preferredExperience using Army CHESS preferredAttention to detail and strong communication skillsMust be able to speak, read, and write fluent English UTRS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
