Responsibilities - Rental Car Manager/ Agent:

• Manage our fleet of rental vehicles, ensuring their proper maintenance, cleanliness, and availability for rental
• Conduct daily inventory checks of vehicles and contracts, requiring frequent walking of the lot to locate vehicle
• Handle the rental process from start to finish, including contract preparation, vehicle inspection, and ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining rental terms, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• Provide outstanding customer service, communicating in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
• Follow up on rental quotes and confirm reservations
• Process rental extensions
• Maintain and update rental agreement files
• Stay up-to-date with rental program guidelines and policies set forth by General Motors, implementing them effectively within our rental operations to maintain compliance
• Perform related responsibilities as assigned
  
  

Requirements - Rental Car Manager/ Agent:

• Managerial experience in the Car Rental or Automotive Industry is preferred, but we will train motivated candidates with relevant experience
• Good managerial, communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
