Job Duties for?Shear / Machine Operator?position:

Set up and operate metal shear
Cut metal sheets according to specifications
Detect and report defective or questionable materials to the supervisor
Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations
Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition
Follow safety rules ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Performs other duties assigned?

Requirements for?Shear / Machine Operator?position:

GED?or High School Diploma
PPE: Safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed shoes
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Hand dexterity
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
