Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA
Traveler position
Outpatient pediatrics setting
Experience: Strong orthopedic skills and generalist skills as with basic graduate of PT program
Common diagnosis / Types of patients CVA, hip/knee/ankle conditions, shoulder/back/neck conditions, vestibular, etc.
Primary caseload will be pediatrics, but schedule will also include outpatient adults.
# of patients treated per day: Highly variable based on census and scheduled hours/day.
Shift: 8, 10 hours; M-F (8:30AM-5), 10 hour days, possible
Weekend Requirements Approximately every 6 weeks.
13 weeks, possible extension
40 hours guaranteed
