St. Luke’s Health System in Hailey is seeking a Registered Nurse Lead to join our Family Medicine team.

\n

 

\n

The Family Medicine Clinic is looking for a team centered RN Lead to work in their busy fast pace environment! If you enjoy positive team cultures, being able to multi-task, and leading people - This role is for you!!!

\n

 

\n

The RN Lead will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. The RN Lead will also assist with Staff RN duties working alongside physicians and APPs, and will still provide some patient care, including triage, working alongside clinic staff, etc.

\n

 

\n

Schedule: Four, 10 hour shifts per week (Monday - Friday with variable day off). No weekends/holidays!

\n

 

\n

Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • \n
  • Responsible for ensuring patient care needs are met through effective management of staffing resources and operations.
  • \n
  • Assists or may be responsible for scheduling, communication, and clinical decision making. Works with staff to promote resolution of conflicts and counsels staff when clinical practice standards are not met.
  • \n
  • Assists with budget planning and clinical needs assessment.
  • \n
  • Responsible for training or assignment of training.
  • \n
  • Manages care of patients.
  • \n
  • Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/ or clinical priorities
  • \n
  • Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
  • \n
  • Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.
  • \n
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

    \n
  • Education: Nursing Degree
  • \n
  • Experience: 3 years’ experience
  • \n
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
  • \n
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor)
