What you'll be doing...

You'll be driving continuous improvements to the systems and processes in our supply chain and logistics managment to make it all more efficient and minimize our risk. You'll work across functions to implement projects that will help bring our products to market faster and improve our service levels for an even better customer experience.

  • Assessing our current supply chain and identifying opportunities for improvements.

  • Proposing potential projects, gaining buy-in, and implementing system and process changes.

  • Communicating compelling business cases and project plans to support and carry out your ideas.

  • Leading cross-functional project teams in implementing large-scale supply chain IT solutions.

  • Building capabilities, training, and mentoring partners to improve performance and reduce risk.

  • Overseeing and managing the department Asset Management and Inventory controls.

  • Developing metrics and measuring compliance and reporting on results. And making further improvements.

What we're looking for...

You are a problem solver--someone who looks to find ways to be more efficient in every corner and who sees every obstacle as a puzzle to be solved. Not only are you a Grade A planner and organizer, but you know how to engage a diverse team, set clear standards, remove barriers, and ensure accountability. You're no stranger to tight timelines and competing priorities. And you're a superb communicator, able to interpret data in a relevant way, translate complex technical specifications into concrete requirements, and encourage and equip everyone around you to make sound decisions and do their best work.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience

  • Experience related to logistics

  • Supply chain experience.

  • Must be able to repeatedly and safely lift items up to 50lbs

  • Able to using/operating basic hand and power tools

  • Experience using various hand trucks, material carts, manual and electric pallet jacks

  • Work may times requires walking and transporting materials over long distances regularly

  • Comfortable with using various types of step ladders

  • Will be performing manual tasks that support multiple teams within our group

  • Assembly and disassembly of items, equipment, shipments, furniture, etc.

  • Must be able to pass an extensive background investigation as a condition of employment.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.

  • APICS certification (or an equivalent supply chain certification).

  • 6-Sigma Process Excellence or Lean Green Belt.

  • Supply chain experience, specifically pertaining to manufacturing, third-party manufacturing, sourcing, or procurement.

  • Experience in the telecom, high tech or CPG industries.

  • Managed large-scale, complex projects with structured project management approaches.

  • Worked with global partners from around the world.
