Are you ready to make a meaningful impact through cleanliness? Staffmark is seeking an experienced Janitorial Worker to join our team on the 1st shift in West Chester, OH. Collaborate with the KAO Distribution Center and bring your efficiency and expertise to create a pristine environment. If you have a minimum of one year of custodial experience and are eager to start a new job immediately, this opportunity is for you!


Pay: $17.50 per hour


Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime


Essential Functions:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including storage areas and common spaces.
  • Remove debris, empty trash bins, and dispose of waste materials.
  • Promptly identify and address potential hazards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and health regulations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist in implementing housekeeping schedules and procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
