Tom's Watch Bar is a fast-growing and exciting new restaurant and bar concept. They are looking for an executive to lead their accounting and control functions as they begin a significant ramp up of the brand and new locations. They currently have 8 locations and are planning to add 6 in 2023 and similar in 2024 and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers
* Suggest additional items to customers, as appropriate
* Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions
* Pass TIPs/ABC Alcohol test with a grade of 70% or higher
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality preferred
* A team player with a guest first attitude
* The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
* Thrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule
