E-Commerce Warehouse

Pay: $20.00 / hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Reports directly to the Production Supervisor
• Works closely with the Client Services Coordinator (CSC)
• Pick, pack, and ship daily orders with 100% accuracy
• Find and collect merchandise in a warehouse using a hand-held scanner to locate items, and load the items onto a picker cart to move them throughout the distribution center
• Checks orders for accuracy and quality prior to packaging
• Package collected merchandise and prepare the items for shipment to customers
• Follows instructions precisely and double-checks the work before completing each task
• Ability to operate a floor pallet jack
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift-up to 50 lbs., and move about the facility
• Always treats customers product with care and concern
• Assist with general warehouse cleaning in e-commerce area and as assigned
• Other assigned responsibilities and / or duties by Management and / or Production Supervisor

Qualifications: 

• Physical strength and stamina

• Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently and proficiently, bilingual is a plus

• Provides responsive and effective communication in all aspects of warehouse and production
• Is approachable, relates well to others, provides, and seeks feedback, articulates clearly and actively listens
