We are currently seeking an Interim AR/Billing Manager to assist our client and ensure the smooth operation of our Accounts Receivable and Billing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a responsive point of contact for all Accounts Receivable and Billing inquiries, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with various departments to project the company's brand in a positive light through AR and Billing interactions.
  • Utilize NetSuite for efficient management of AR and Billing processes.
  • Work on a hybrid schedule, being present in the office three days a week.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions to the team and other stakeholders.
  • Earn the trust of the team by displaying reliability, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Interface with the sales team in a business-facing capacity to address any AR or Billing related issues.
  • Stay proactive and vigilant in managing ticket sales and urgent matters to prevent chargebacks.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with credit card transactions to safeguard the company's financial interests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar AR/Billing management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
