Position Highlights:

• Full Time 40hours
• Various shifts available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• Data Entry
• Maintain records of reports
• Other duties as required.
• Pay $20-23hr.

What you will do:

• Perform general data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inputting information into the system.
• Assist with clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, organizing documents for easy retrieval.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of USA residency history.
• Ability to pass a background check and soft credit check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.
