Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the uping school year. As an RBT, you will work closely with students who have behavioral challenges, providing direct support and implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while working in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of BCBAs.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges.
  • Collect data on student progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to support student success.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
