Senior Cost Accountant

Manufacturing Analysis for Senior Cost Accountant:
- Review and Analysis of Daily Inventory Transactions
- Work Order Analysis
- Material Usage Analysis and Reporting
- Labor Utilization Analysis and Reporting
- Scrap Analysis and Reporting
- Cycle Count Analysis and Reporting
- Approve Cycle Count Adjustments
- Purchase Price Variance Analysis and Reporting
- Standard Cost Variance Analysis and Reporting
- Liaise with Operations to Resolve Variances
- Liaise with Operations to Drive Improvements
- Ensure Actions are taken to Close Loops and Track Status of Progress
- Create Reporting Tools for All Variance Reporting
Standard Cost Management for Senior Cost Accountant:
- Ensure Standard Costs are Correct and Updated as Required.
- Track and Resolve Daily Gross Margin Shipment Anomalies
- Review Cost Impact of BOM changes
- Perform Cost Rolls as Needed
- Perform Post-Production BOM reviews.
Requirements for Senior Cost Accountant:
- Minimum 3 years of Accounting Experience
- Microsoft Excel
- ERP Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
