Randstad is hiring for a 1st Shift Lead Painter
Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
- Apply the paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes.
- Follow established painting procedures and specifications to meet quality standards
- Must have experience with Paint Proportioner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter with a focus on painting metal surfaces.
- strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment used in industrial painting applications.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications related to painting requirements.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
28-29/hr
6 am-430 pm Mon-Thur
