Job Description:
BlazerJobs is actively seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist/Long-Term Substitute to join an elementary school team in Powell, OH. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in providing specialized support and instruction to elementary students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted intervention and support to elementary students.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as necessary.
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and other school activities as required.
Qualifications:
