We're hiring a School-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist in Belton, TX. This is a contract position that will end at the end of the school year, with likelihood of renewal for next school year. If you're passionate about supporting students with ASD and making a difference in their lives, we want to hear from you!
Position: School-Based ABA Therapist
Location: Belton, TX
Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to students with ASD (caseload is 5 students with autism and 1 non-verbal)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
- Collect and analyze data on student progress
- Assist Special Education Teacher in classroom
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience with ABA in a school setting
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Strong munication and collaboration skills
