Part time - Now Hiring Weekend Caregiver

 Forget Me Not Senior Services is seeking a dedicated caregiver to join our team in Park Hills, MO.

Primary Job Duties:
- Assist the patient with personal hygiene such is bathing, care of skin, mouth and hair. 
- Provide physical assistance in patient transfer, positioning and ambulation as outlined in the patient care plan.
-Change patient bed linen as needed.
-Prepare a light meal if visit during mealtime and time permits.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining supplies and equipment in proper condition.
 
Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have valid Driver's License, your own reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
Must have at least 1 year of experience as a professional caregiver. Preferably with the geriatric population.

Working Environment:
Works in patient homes

Physical Demands:
Ability to participate in physical activity
Moderate lifting
Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
