Summary
Per Sé Group is working with an Ohio-based civil contractor specializing in stadium and sports fields, looking to hire a Traveling Construction Superintendent. The ideal candidate has flat work, utilities, and land development experience. Projects are nationwide, but will primarily be throughout the Eastern half of the United States.
Responsibilities
- Work with Project Managers and Foreman to plan and organize activities relating to the construction projects
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget the time required to meet deadlines
- Assist in the implementation of quality control programs and safety
- Properly notify clients of delays due to weather, changes, etc
Preferred Skills and Expertise
- 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong management skills
- Computer knowledge and efficiency
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Functions effectively as part of a team
- Exhibits strong leadership qualities
