Part-time Nanny for energetic nearly 1 year old.

Starting a new WFH job and son is going through separation anxiety. Would like to have someone that could watch him while I work. He loves to crawl around and play, the bouncer doesn't work to keep him entertained anymore. Watch and play with my son. We usually keep sesame street or Ms Rachel on in the background. He has all kinds of toys and as the weather gets nicer and he starts walking he will be outside alot too. He doesn't take a bottle but eats solids so nanny would feed him and if he is ready for a nap I'll take a quick break and nurse him to sleep. General light housecleaning like cleaning up after he eats, maybe a few dishes, but not much more than that. Thinking 10am-3pm or something close to that would be incredibly helpful. Not sure if it will be needed 5 days a week or less or for how long. He is at the peak of separation anxiety right now and the timing just sucks with me starting back to work after 2 months off.
