Exceptional Recruiting is seeking a talented Medical Receptionist for a very busy and posh Dermatology clinic in Buckhead! Full time weekday hours between 7:30am-4:00pm

• We are looking for the ultimate greeter with an effervescent personality. You are a team player whose warm sunny personality puts a smile on patients faces the minute they walk in the door.. This skilled receptionist will allow physicians and medical assistants to stay focused and efficiently provide quality patient care and smooth flow of business through the clinic. Must be able to professionally work with all ages, personalities. and races in a fast paced work environment,

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet all patients as they come in the door.
• Check in patients for various types of general, cosmetic, aesthetic, and MOHS surgery procedures.
• Keep the front office lobby looking clean and tidy, while also keeping patients informed about wait times
• Work proactively to identify and prioritize urgent issues that must be escalated for immediate assistance
• De-escalate any challenging situations
• Cooperate effectively with teammates to ensure the best quality of compassionate care is provided to each patient and family regardless of socioeconomic and racial background
• Document all required information accurately into the EMR system.
• Perform tasks proactively while working with urgency to ensure smooth flow of business
• Work effectively and efficiently with coworkers/supervisors to promote a positive work atmosphere and a cohesive team environment

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills with an ability to operate in multiple programs at one time while speaking with people
• Familiarity with medical insurance and must be willing to learn all front office roles to fill in as needed
• Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, a very outgoing personality, and an ability to show up on time, problem solve effectively and work efficiently is what we are looking for
• Willingness to go above and beyond if needed
• Ability to provide solid work references and pass a background check are crucial
• Desire to learn, grow, and work in a position where you make a difference in people’s lives every day
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced demanding environment that sees 200+ patients per day

FULL TIME with a full benefits package -

Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm, hours will be set

Starting pay depends upon experience
