Store Manager

Job description

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Oversee the visual merchandising of the store to maximize sales opportunities

Experience:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and vendors
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven track record in training and developing employees to achieve performance goals
- Ability to manage budgets, control expenses, and drive profitability
- Multilingual skills are a plus
