Landscape Design - Sales Representative

As a Landscape Salesperson with our company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling landscape designs, tree work, drainage solutions, and patio/pool paver services to residential and commercial clients across the Dayton area. You will use your expertise in landscape design and construction/masonry to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct on-site visits to assess clients' needs and provide expert recommendations.
2. Develop customized landscape design proposals and cost estimates based on client requirements.
3. Collaborate with our design and construction teams to create detailed project plans.
4. Present proposals to clients, address their questions and concerns, and negotiate contracts.
5. Maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new business opportunities.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques related to landscape design and construction.
7. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities, contracts, and client communications.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Landscape Design Salesman or in a similar sales role within the landscaping industry.
2. Strong knowledge and expertise in landscape design, tree work, drainage solutions, and patio/pool construction.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
4. Ability to develop and present detailed proposals and estimates using

6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Familiarity with Ohio's landscaping regulations and industry standards.
8. Familiarity with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
9. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
