We're seeking a friendly and capable Administrative Assistant with experience in QuickBooks to oversee our front desk operations and handle various administrative tasks. In this role, you'll serve as the initial point of contact for customers and service providers, while also providing support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and assist guests upon their arrival
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and offices
- Manage incoming phone calls, screening and forwarding them as necessary
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, stocked with essential supplies
- Offer basic and accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution
- Uphold office security protocols and manage access through the reception desk
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of coffee and tea stations

Required Skills:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and copiers
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-focused attitude
- High school diploma required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
