Operations Support/Customer Service

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support/Customer Service to join our team. Our Office Support/Customer Service will handle all aspects of customer service needs and administrative duties as assigned. We are looking for a self-starter with a great attitude who enjoys solving problems and taking on challenges.  

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing/fulfillment and sales support
  • Deal directly with customers and provide exceptional customer service via telephone, web, or email
  •  Respond promptly to customer inquiries and offer solutions quickly
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure an expedient resolution to customer escalations
  • Handle stressful calls and issues with a calm and reassuring demeanor and attitude
  • General administrative duties and special projects as assigned    

    

Qualifications:

  • Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Patience for people and a high stress tolerance when needed
  • Friendly and professional with excellent listening skills
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple and changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to negotiate
  • Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
