Service Dept. Manager

Salary: $55k to $65k DOE

Due to company growth, we are looking for a full-time Service Technician Manager for our Warden, Washington location. We provide service to a wide range of areas including Moses Lake and the Tri-Cities.  This position requires year-round maintenance, repairs, and installation of storage ventilation and refrigeration systems in post-harvest potato and onion storages.  If you like working independently, yet appreciate the security and support of a multi-million-dollar family organization, you’ll love working here.  

To become an integral member of our team, you should have the following:

•  A valid driver’s license
• Current Washington 01A electrical license or a 06A/06B license along with a valid driver’s license.
• We prefer a background with HVAC/R experience.
• High School Diploma with trade school certification or equivalent experience
• 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance & repair of mechanical & electrical systems
• Agriculture background
• 3 years of Management or Supervisory experience (having direct reports)
• Experience in transportation, logistics, parts & materials acquisition and warehousing, budgeting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

 A preferred candidate will also have the following:

• 5+ years hands-on experience leading an agricultural service team (technical support, dispatch, inventory control, quality controls, customer satisfaction)
• Proficiency in use of computer spreadsheets, databases, accounting, and internet applications
• Sales and customer service experience

We require drug testing and background checking prior to employment.  We have a wide service area and occasional night and weekend work may be dictated based on our customer’s needs.
