MG8 is hiring immediately for our brand new retail sales division! Submit your application ASAP to be considered for this hot new position in the Columbus area! MG8, Inc is a privately owned marketing and sales firm that partners with large corporations in Ohio to achieve new sales and acquisitions. We predominantly focus on the retail sector but we have been able to expand our business platform over the last few years to other arenas of face to face marketing. Right now, our retail sales team is working with some of the largest telecom companies in the Columbus area. Our top priority is mentoring our sales team internally to ensure we provide opportunities in the areas of leadership and management. We are currently expanding rapidly and have developed a definitive training program for our sales team to flourish, grow, and expand into newly developed markets.

Our training program is not just centered around retail sales. We are also focused on developing skills in areas like customer service, retail brand management, team leadership, business administration, training and development, as well as KPIs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships to drive new and existing customer acquisition for our client
  • Develop skills in customer service, sales, promotional marketing, and retention in a retail environment
  • Peer mentorship and empowered leadership training
  • Public speaking opportunities in meetings and in store
  • Support contracts and accounts, as well as follow up correspondence using CRM software
  • Negotiation of contracts directly with customers
  • Analyzation of data to provide feedback to sales team in order to meet expected sales targets
