The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 130 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting*, Threading, Permanent Makeup* and more. We are proud to create a welcoming atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests natural lashes. We are looking for Experienced/Trained Lash Technicians to join us. You must still be trained to the Lash Lounge standards (Without Exception) due to the high standards of quality we want to provide. Previous training will expedite this process, however you MUST complete our franchise requirements. What does it mean to join our team?

- Self-investment in your training/Hourloy compensation during regulated training

- You must have a Nevada License to practice lashes
- Enjoys working with clients/colleagues/professionals
- Work 36-40 hours per week is mandatory/adjust schedule initially to fit Lash Lounge scheduling opportunities
- Can be trusted to work independently and potentially become a leader/client reference
- Accomplish/Meet time constraints and Lash Artist franchise requirements
- Understands and advocates the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions
- Mandatory availability to work when customer requests are high; Work when demand is high
- Highly motivated, friendly and responsible!
- All pre-screening requirements and proof of certifications MUST be available upon request to considered for a position
Required Skills of a Lash Technician:
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license/Nevada Required
- 1+ years as a Lash Technician required. Preferred 1+ years with hand-made volume fans.
- Willing to work weekends and evenings; especially Sundays
- Must complete all Lash Lounge Training regardless of experience
- Customer service focused
- Prepared requests for availability to service clientele
- Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- MUST complete any requirements prior to a face-to-face interview or consideration of employment
