Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including: sales to new and existing clients, pipeline management, training, and marketing support
  • Prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships
  • Generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, referrals, and site visits
  • Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and in person visits
  • Resolve client complaints and inquiries
  • Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities
  • Submit orders and paperwork, as required. Submit activity reports, as required
  • Attend marketing events and conferences to acquire clients

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Salesperson/Business Development Representative
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, door knocking, and networking
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) a bonus
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, G Suite (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and marketing both yourself and the company
  • Participate in training provided by the company and take the initiative to train individually
