Bridgeline Staffing is seeking multiple passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers for full-time positions at a School near Springfield, MA. These positions will begin in the Fall and last the whole school year. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs and abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
  • Promote positive behavior and social skills development
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
  • Special Education certification in the state of MA
  • Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher (Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends in special education
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
