Role Summary:
We are currently seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Nevada team and positively impact the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the independence and overall well-being of individuals within the familiar comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care tailored to the individual care plans of our clients
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Aid in mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to enhance physical well-being
• Prepare nutritious meals and provide assistance with feeding, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties
• Offer companionship and emotional support through engaging in meaningful conversations and activities
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other outings as required
• Document care provided and promptly report any changes in a client's condition to the supervisor
• Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure each client receives coordinated and holistic care

Requirements and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if necessary for client transportation)
