A highly rated national company with a facility near the Reynoldsburg, Ohio area is currently seeking several experienced Cost Accountants for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Cost Accountants looking for a company that offers excellent growth, management, development, training, competitive rates, and excellent work/home life balance.

Cost Accountant rates are anticipated to start between $70,000 - $90,000 salary based on experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, and vision upon hire, 401k, paid time off, paid sick leave, company paid holidays, and annual bonuses.

Requirements

Qualified Cost Accountants will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of cost accounting experience
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Material Handling/Manufacturing company is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide problem resolutions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear, concise manner
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to plan, schedule and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background check, drug screening, and references, etc.
