Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads provided by the agency.
- Ensure that our agency sales process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly
- Responsible for accurate underwriting
- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry
Requirements
- Prior Allstate agency sales experience
- An active Property/Casualty insurance license
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Prior Insurance Sales Experience.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
