Compensation:$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the front office including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Implement and maintain high standards of guest service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service and handle any guest issues effectively.
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and billing processes to optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and improve overall guest experience and satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in hotel front office operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software systems
