Technician Trainee

Carrier Transicold Apprentice Opportunity Summary:

CT Power, a W.W. Williams Company, is seeking mechanically inclined individual with the desire to transfer their unique talents and experience into our team. We can train an individual with the aptitude from an Apprentice into a factory-certified Carrier Technician. We offer competitive wages and a full benefits package.

Applicants with knowledge of or experience in:

• Apprentice/diesel technical school graduate
• General vehicle maintenance
• Automotive engine/transmission/refrigeration

Job description is to train and learn:

• Carrier refrigeration installations on trucks, trailers, and APUs.
• Carrier transport basic refrigeration maintenance.
• Carrier transport basic engine/refrigeration diagnostics.
• Carrier transport basic refrigeration repairs.

Desired Skills and Qualities:

• Positive attitude and ability to set goals and accomplish them.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Willingness to learn all our products and grow with the company.
• Team player
• Valid driver's license, CDL Class A is a plus.
