Seeking an EXECUTIVE & MARKETING ASSISTANT with advancement opportunities for a growing company!
Providing support to Operations Chief Manager on multiple commercial projects and implementation of various marketing activities for multi-faceted, fast-moving business empire to increase brand awareness, drive sales, expand customer base and ensure customer satisfaction and marketing through multiple social media platforms, websites, special events and promotions. Tasks include design and layout ads for print, social media posts content, design and management and website maintenance. Assistant will also work closely with Owner/Management for various existing special projects and development of future projects and serve in the capacity of "personal assistant" in maintaining calendars for those projects and meetings and perform various office and business support duties utilizing Trello.

Qualifications:
- Degree and/or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or Communications-related field
- Highly-skilled in Social Media Marketing training/experience with various platforms
- Special events/projects coordination experience a plus
- Writing & photography experience/training
- Familiarity with various office equipment and procedures
- Proficiency in computers (Mac or PC) with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email/calendars & Trello
- Highly effective communicator, articulate and professional
- Detail-oriented, highly organized
- Positive go-getting attitude and a team-player
- High level of attention to detail with a skill set for wanting to improve and learn more
- "Self-starter" abilities with a high level of multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced operation
- Must be trustworthy in dealing with confidential information.

- Clean background check.
- Be able to work 35-40 hours per week.
