CRNA - Anesthesiology

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRNA to join their team in Findlay, OH. As a CRNA, you will work with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including general, regional, and local anesthesia
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
  
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia plans
  
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, including assessing and managing pain levels
  
• Ensure proper documentation of anesthesia administration and patient care
  
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on advancements in anesthesia techniques and equipment
  

Requirements:

• Current CRNA certification and licensure in the state of Ohio
• Master's degree in Anesthesiology
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical setting
  
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, equipment, and medications
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations
