Client Greeter - Office Assistant
COMPENSATION: Starting at $18hr - $20hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Answer inbound service calls and assist clients with their needs, whether setting an appointment or answering their questions.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is being provided as the service contact
- Respond to emails
- Responsible for light filing, data entry and office support
- Communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external customers
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
- MUST be customer oriented
- EXCELLENT phone skills
- Ability to anticipate customer’s needs and ask probing questions
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven team environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Familiar with auto industry and Mercedes-Benz product a plus, not required
- Valid driver’s license
WEEKLY ROTATING SCHEDULE
- Monday: 7:15am - 3:45pm or 10:30am-7:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:15am - 3:45pm or 10:30am-7:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:15am - 7:00pm or (OFF)
- Thursday: 7:15am-3:45pm or 10:30am-7:00pm
- Friday: 7:15am-3:30pm or 10:45am-7:00pm
- Saturday: 7:45am - 6pm or (OFF)
