Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced massage therapist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is well-versed in different types of massage and massage techniques, and is attentive to each client’s needs and physical condition. 50% of service fee
Responsibilities:- Support a positive working environment for both clients and staff through relationship building and team development
- Oversee client plans and treatment progression, and maintain accurate treatment records
- Evaluate each client’s physical condition, stress level, and medical history to determine the most effective types of massage for their course of treatment
- Provide added value to clients with suggestions for stretching, strengthening, stress relief, and overall wellness maintenance
- Offer supplementary services or products that complement the client’s treatment plan
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Massage therapy program completion preferred
- Must possess high-level interpersonal and communications skills
- Must have experience in different types of massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, and reflexology
- Must have licensure that complies with state and local laws
