- Assess the project requirements, including design and equipment
- Install cables in homes, commercial, retail, and industrial spaces
- Remove old, damaged, or unnecessary cables and equipment
- Troubleshoot cable and network problems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a Cable Installer, low-voltage technician, or related experience is welcomed but not necessary.
- Knowledge of telecommunications and electrical equipment and systems is welcomed but not necessary.
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to bend repeatedly, lift heavy objects, and work in small spaces
- All levels of experience needed.
