Responsibilities

Front desk responsibilities

Receptionist/Coordinator/Cashier duties

  • Provide World-Class customer service through positive interaction and continuously elevate customer/patient satisfaction and experience efficiently in person, emails, and phone calls.
  • Check-in duties including all necessary documentation, patient preparation, and processing
  • Co-ordinate patients and staff room allocation and movement for a seamless customer experience
  • Cashier duties to be performed accurately and efficiently

Customer Service Representative duties

  • Answer questions on all services, instructions, payments, fees, policies accurately and efficiently with World-Class customer service
  • Convert new patient inquiries (leads) to schedule proficiently (high conversion rates) and quickly while providing world-class customer service
  • Meet/exceed established industry-standard service goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) e.g. Average Handle Time (AHT), Not Ready (ACW), Commitment to Schedule, Quality Assurance, Service Goals, Service Levels, Abandonment Rates, Average Speed of Answer (ASA)
  • Schedule existing and new patients accurately and efficiently with World-Class customer service

Miscellaneous duties

  • Administrative duties e.g. documentation, scanning, photocopying, filing, file retrieval, receiving, data entry
  • Clinical duties e.g. clinical assistance, light therapy
  • Facility duties including turning over rooms, stocking, dishes, laundry, displays, work area

Requirements

Schedule:

  • Must have flexible schedule
  • Seeking someone who can work occasional Saturdays and one evening shift per week

Experience:

  • Minimum experience of 1 year in the hospitality/customer service industry as a front desk/receptionist/call center (preferred) within the last 3 years

Education:

  • High School Diploma (Required)
