Salary: $18 Per Hour

ImageCare is seeking a Full Time Call Center/Front Desk Associate for our Sussex sites.


Schedule: 9:30am-6pm Monday-Friday, with a Saturday rotation

  • **Need to be available to cover PTO/vacation/calls outs for other shifts as well**


The Call Center/Front Desk Associates will act as the representatives of ImageCare, interacting directly with our patients and providing excellent customer service and patient care. This is a Front Desk/Call Center dual role.


Responsibilities include checking patients in and providing all necessary paperwork upon arrival for their appointments.


The ideal candidate is reliable and professional, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.


Experience and knowledge of the medical field highly preferred.


Duties Include but not limited to:

  1. Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phones
  2. Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
  3. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  4. Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting patient detailed patient information including personal and financial information
  5. Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
  6. Responds to patients', prospective patients, and visitor inquiries in a courteous manner
  7. Keeps medical office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment
  8. Protects patient confidentiality by making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving PHI in plain site and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended.
  9. Confirms patient preps as applicable to the exams
  10. Confirms all appointments in a timely manner
  11. Possesses accurate judgment, especially handling charge and dealing with patient accounts
  12. Versatile and willing to coordinate with and participate in, when necessary, all other aspects of the our other Business Offices and locations
  13. Responsible for collecting payment prior to exams as applicable, keeping accurate log of payment and accurate daily batch of credit card machines.
  14. Performs other duties as assigned

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday, with a Saturday rotation

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sussex Sites: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Medical office: 1 year (Preferred)


Language:

  • Spanish
