working environment. As the central point of contact for various office functions, you will play a crucial
role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Juggle various tasks simultaneously, including answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Navigate and manage information across multiple screens efficiently to enhance productivity.
- Work closely with different team members to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
- Accurate and timely input of information into relevant systems and databases.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed to ensure a well-equipped work environment.
- Handle sensitive information in accordance with state and local guidelines
- Answer phones, assist customer with system issues, billing questions, new service, and assist in troubleshooting their system.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment required. Previous security experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks.
- Must have a valid Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) certification.
