As an evening supervisor, you would direct and coordinate employees to ensure we are consistently providing quality cleaning services to our valued customers.
Supervisor Benefits:
- Starting pay $18.00. We pay weekly. Wage review at 90 days.

- Commission for referring new businesses.
- Typical shift will be 4pm until midnight with rotating weekends.
- Oversee cleaners and sites as scheduled.
- Perform quality control inspections at customer sites.
- Train new, and existing, employees on proper cleaning techniques.
- Must be able to use and understand a smart phone(or tablet if available) to do reports, check reports and accurately navigate applications as needed.
- Must be adept with Windows office, be able to read and understand Excel spreadsheets and have a clear understanding of technology and how it is used in the workplace.
- Ensure proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered to by employees.
- Ensure excellent training is and has been provided to cleaners to execute our 100% customer satisfaction value.
- Order and issue supplies and equipment
- Check work tickets.
- Previous management experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clear driving record.
- Undergo a thorough DMV check and uphold a clear driving history.
- Background check is mandatory, and a clear record is essential.
- Drug screen required.
- Must have a smartphone.
- Candidates must be able to identify and address areas that require cleaning, including dust, dirt, and debris, to maintain our standards of cleanliness.
- Proficiency in conveying information clearly to groups of employees through verbal or other accessible communication methods.
- Fluent in spoken and written English to effectively relay information among the team, customers, and office staff. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Candidates must be able to move between various locations efficiently, using means that ensure timely task completion.
