Three Oaks Hospitality, renowned restaurant group based in Tampa, FL, celebrated for its exceptional culinary experiences across various concepts such as Steelbach, M.Bird, Stones Throw, Ciro's, BnB, Kipos, ro Jekyll, and Sesame is expanding its team. With plans to introduce four more concepts in 2024, Three Oaks Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Experience Specialist.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing guests to ensure exceptional satisfaction and customer retention.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for VIPs, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to elevate their experience.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the VIP and business clientele.
  • Generate and qualify leads through diverse channels, including networking events, cold calls, and online research.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide valuable feedback from the field to contribute to continuous product and service enhancements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience in guest relations, sales, or a related field within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with Tampa's local businesses landscape is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
