Location : RN - Surgical Unit located on 4OP at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Richland Washington

Available 8 positions include:

36 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts
24 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts

Job Description
We are offering a $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by our company that begin on your first day of employment!

Our Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Required qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Experience Required for a Nursing Resident:
Less than 1-year experience
  • Experience Required for a Staff RN:
1-year experience in nursing specialty posted
  • Preferred qualifications:
National Certification in area of specialty.
